Second Grade Teacher

Mrs. Howey began her teaching career over 20 years ago. Her elementary school art teacher encouraged her creativity and inspired her to become a teacher.

Mrs. Howey studied Fashion Design and Illustration at The International Academy of Merchandising and Design in Tampa, Fl. She also studied Early Childhood Education at Manatee Community College.  She is currently seeking her certification in Christian Education at Calvary Chapel University.  Mrs. Howey holds a Child Development Associate as a Certified Preschool Teacher. 

Mrs. Howey has served at CCS since 2012. She has taught K4, 2nd grade, and served as the Resource Coordinator.
